Grit Signature Series Reformer Class

Get ready for a high-energy, strength-driven Pilates experience designed to challenge the body, sharpen focus, and keep the atmosphere fun and motivating for everyone involved. This class blends athletic reformer work with creative transitions, emphasizing power, control, and grit while remaining accessible and engaging for a wide range of participants. You’ll leave feeling accomplished, energized, and excited to come back for more!

VIP Orangetheory Class

In case you missed our VIP Orangetheory class back in September, we’re offering another one at the Grandville this January! The heart rate based, coach-led workout combines full body strength training with heart-pumping cardio to help you build strength now, while laying the foundation for long term health.

In weeks, most members notice the shift: more energy, a better mood, and real momentum.

Kickboxing & Strength Class

Looking for a fun new way to build strength and boost your aerobic endurance in 2026? Join us for a high-energy class taught by TransForm’s very own Amy Straub, a black belt and NASM MMA-certified instructor. You’ll learn proper technique on the heavy bag and through shadowboxing, all combined with strength-based movements for a full-body workout.

Free post-workout samples of Playa Bowls and Phormula 1 will help you recover, feel refreshed, and maximize the benefits of your workout. You can also get a complimentary posture screening from Novo Chiropractic who will be onsite. PLUS, you can enter to win some great prizes while you’re there too.

Grand Rapids Gold Member Outing

Get ready for an exciting night of basketball with the Grand Rapids Gold! All Ignited members are invited to join us at the game on Thursday, December 4th — and your ticket is on us. If you haven’t been convinced to become a member just yet, you can still join in on the fun by paying a $10 fee (still a great deal compared to regular ticket prices!)

Cheer on the Gold and enjoy fan-favorite $2 beers and $2 hot dogs. It’s the perfect chance to watch some great basketball, connect with fellow members, and enjoy a fun night out in Grand Rapids. All ages are welcome!

MoveBetter Workshop

Join Dr. Tyler Kinch from Revolution Rehab for a one-hour interactive workshop. Designed to help you better understand your body, you’ll learn to move with more control and confidence.

We’ll cover key concepts in mobility, movement, and functional training—giving you the “why” behind how your body moves. Then we’ll explore ways to assess your own movement, find limitations, and modify movements. Come learn how to improve function and mobility!

Using principles from Applied Functional Science, FRC, and Stick Mobility, you’ll walk away with practical tools to build lasting strength and body awareness that carry into your daily life and workouts.

Pickle & Pin Play Day

As the weather cools down, it’s the perfect time to warm up a new indoor hobby! Join us at Pickle & Pin on November 1st for a day of friendly competition and fun.
