Join us for Nicole and Hannah’s FIRST all-levels yoga flow of the summer at Riverside Park!
Nicole and Hannah will lead this first kickoff class together. Embrace the beautiful outdoors while diving into a beginner-friendly flow. Afterwards you can enjoy goodies from various local vendors. There’s no better way to start off the summer!
Meet near the water closest to the central parking lot (AKA boat launch #2) at Guild/Monroe.
Bring a mat but please reach out to us if you need to borrow one!
Flow into Stillness: Sound Bath & Acupuncture

Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sound bath designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and reset your nervous system. You’ll start with a slow & beginner-friendly yoga/pilates flow. Then you’ll be gently guided into an even deeper relaxed state while being “bathed” in soothing vibrations from crystal bowls. These vibrations have been proven to activate the parasympathetic nervous system which aids in digestion, reduces stress, and lowers blood pressure. Sound baths also help improve sleep quality and enhance emotional processing. As you’re guided into your relaxed state, acupuncturists from Grand Wellness will be around to place needles which will enhance the release of tension and tap into your body’s healing potential.

To celebrate their 8th anniversary, barre3 is hosting a free signature class in The Big Room at SILVA!
Bring your yoga mat, invite your besties, and get ready for a morning full of positive energy and movement with the barre3 Grand Rapids team. After class, stay and connect with the community…and don’t forget to pop over to SILVA to enjoy some delicious brunch!
Hot Pilates at The Refinery

Join us for a Pilates class for all levels at The Refinery, a brand-new hot Pilates studio located downtown in Studio Park. The class will blend athletic power flow with resistance training in a medium heated room to build strength, definition, and increase muscle control.
Winter Walk & Shop

Get outside and embrace the winter weather with us this February! We’re partnering with Gazelle Sports to lead a 1 mile community walk from the Kentwood store. You’ll have a chance to be one of the FIRST people to demo a pair of On Cloudrunner 3 stability shoes which are being released in early February. Post-walk, Gazelle Sports will be open solely to participants to shop exclusive store-wide discounts!
Cupid’s Beginner Pole Class

Fall in love with your strength this Valentine’s season as you dive into the basics and foundational skills of pole. In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll build confidence, strength, and technique while learning smooth movements. We’ll explore simple combinations and gently prepare both your mind and body—all in a supportive, empowering environment.
Stick around after class to enjoy chocolate-covered strawberries as a sweet treat for showing yourself some love!
Cycle + Core

45 minutes of high-energy cycling to build strength and stamina, followed by 15 minutes of intentional core work. We strengthen from the inside out—lighting up your powerhouse to support better balance, stability, and performance on and off the bike.
Dinks & Dingers Sunday Funday 2.0

Back by popular demand: Dinks & Dingers Sunday Funday! Enjoy free one-hour pickleball sessions—only one reservation needed per court. Don’t have a paddle? We got you. Paddle rentals will be on the house. Before or after your match, head over to the Wiffle® Ball field and take a few swings. Then once you’ve worked up an appetite, refuel at the on-site restaurant serving up crowd-pleasing apps and entrees that hit the spot. Whether you’re pregame snacking or celebrating postgame, there’s room for everyone on the bench!
Grit Signature Series Reformer Class

Get ready for a high-energy, strength-driven Pilates experience designed to challenge the body, sharpen focus, and keep the atmosphere fun and motivating for everyone involved. This class blends athletic reformer work with creative transitions, emphasizing power, control, and grit while remaining accessible and engaging for a wide range of participants. You’ll leave feeling accomplished, energized, and excited to come back for more!
VIP Orangetheory Class

In case you missed our VIP Orangetheory class back in September, we’re offering another one at the Grandville this January! The heart rate based, coach-led workout combines full body strength training with heart-pumping cardio to help you build strength now, while laying the foundation for long term health.
In weeks, most members notice the shift: more energy, a better mood, and real momentum.
