Ignited GR Ambassador Program Terms
These terms apply when an ambassador accepts an Ignited GR opportunity with a participating business.
Complimentary Experience
Unless an individual opportunity states otherwise, participation provides a complimentary experience or product and does not include monetary compensation.
Collaborative Post
The ambassador agrees to create and publish the content described in the opportunity and, when requested, publish it as a collaborative post with Ignited GR and the participating partner business.
Content License and Release
The ambassador grants Ignited GR and the participating partner business a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and promote the campaign content in organic and paid marketing and advertising, including websites, email, social media, digital advertising, and printed materials.
The ambassador confirms that the submitted content is original, that required permissions have been obtained from identifiable participants, and that its use will not violate another party’s rights.
Disclosure and Accuracy
The ambassador agrees to clearly disclose the complimentary relationship where required and to describe the experience honestly.
Completion
Opportunity-specific deadlines, required platforms, deliverables, collaborator handles, and review requirements are part of these terms when an ambassador accepts an opportunity.
