Ignited exists to help more people explore Grand Rapids with confidence and care. Members, guests, ambassadors, partners, and community liaisons are expected to be respectful, honest, inclusive, and safe.

Treat other people, hosts, staff, and businesses with respect.
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, or intentionally exclude others.
Arrive prepared, follow host policies, and cancel promptly if you cannot attend.
Do not misuse member-only discount details or account access.
Submit accurate event, listing, and business information.
Disclose sponsored or gifted relationships when creating content.

Ignited may remove content, deny submissions, cancel RSVPs, suspend accounts, or end participation for conduct that conflicts with these guidelines.
