Ambassador and UGC Terms

These terms apply to Ignited ambassador applications, UGC opportunities, gifted experiences, and content collaborations with Ignited GR and partner businesses.

Required Disclosures

If you receive a gifted experience, discount, access, perk, or other thing of value, you must clearly disclose that relationship in any related content. Disclosures should be easy to notice and understand, such as “gifted by [business] and Ignited GR,” “hosted by [business] and Ignited GR,” or another clear disclosure appropriate for the platform.

Truthful Content

You may only describe experiences you actually had and must not make false, misleading, medical, health, performance, or outcome claims that are not supported by your real experience and the partner business.

Collaborative Posts and Content Rights

By participating in a UGC opportunity, you agree to complete the stated content requirements, including any required collaborative post. You grant Ignited GR and the partner business permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and advertise the submitted content and related likeness, name, handle, captions, photos, and videos for marketing and advertising purposes.

No Guaranteed Compensation

UGC opportunities currently provide access to the listed experience or offering and do not guarantee cash compensation unless expressly stated in writing.

Program Changes

Ignited may approve, deny, pause, modify, or remove opportunities, applications, and ambassador access at any time to protect partners, members, and the community.
