Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel from their account billing area or cancellation page. Access generally continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Membership Refunds

Membership charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law or where Ignited approves a courtesy adjustment.

Event Drop-In Tickets

Public drop-in tickets for Ignited events may be subject to limited capacity, host policies, and cancellation rules shown on the event page. Late cancellations may be subject to the stated fee to help preserve capacity for people who wanted to attend.
