By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or participating in any event hosted, promoted, or facilitated by Ignited (“Ignited,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Participant,” “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, Waiver, and Release of Liability.

1. Assumption of Risk
   You acknowledge that participation in fitness classes, wellness events, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, injury (minor to severe), equipment-related risks, and environmental conditions. You voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with your participation.

2. Health & Fitness Acknowledgment
   By participating, you represent and warrant that you are physically able to participate in the activity and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician if you have any concerns regarding your health or ability to participate. You agree to stop participation immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any adverse symptoms.

3. Release of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge any and all claims against Ignited, event hosts and instructors, partner businesses and organizations, property owners and venues, and all sponsors, affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in any event, use of facilities or equipment, or any related activities, including claims arising from negligence to the extent permitted by law (excluding gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited).

4. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ignited and all related parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your participation in any event or your violation of these Terms.

5. Media Release (Photo & Video)
   By attending an Ignited event, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded and to the use of your image, likeness, and voice for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes across digital and print channels.

You may opt out by emailing hello@ignitedgr.com prior to the event. Ignited will make reasonable efforts to honor opt-out requests; however, we cannot guarantee exclusion from all media. Content that has already been captured or published may not be removable or may not be able to be fully retracted.

6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
   Participants must cancel at least 12 hours prior to the event start time to avoid penalty.

For late cancellations or no-shows, the following applies:
Members will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee.
Participants who purchase a $10 drop-in ticket will not receive a refund.

All purchases are otherwise non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

7. Code of Conduct
   Participants agree to follow all instructions provided by instructors and staff, respect the space, equipment, and other participants, and refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior. Ignited reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for failure to comply.

8. Event Changes & Cancellations
   Ignited reserves the right to modify event details, including time, location, instructor, or format, or to cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by Ignited, participants may be offered a refund or credit at Ignited’s discretion.

9. Governing Law
   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event takes place.

10. Agreement & Acceptance
    By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms & Conditions and voluntarily agree to be bound by them as a legally binding agreement.
