It pairs two science-backed therapies in one private suite: a 45-minute full-spectrum infrared sauna session to ease stress and support circulation and muscle relief, followed by a focused 15-minute session in medical-grade red light therapy that works at the cellular level. Together they give your body real, dedicated time to do what it's built to do: restore itself. Guests can also book either therapy on its own, and beem backs it all up with the touches that make people come back: private rooms, towel service, showers, and sessions tailored to how your body feels that day. The idea is simple: give busy people a space to slow down, recharge, and take real ownership of their long-term wellbeing.
