These Terms govern use of Ignited GR, including our website, directory, event listings, memberships, ambassador opportunities, and related services. By using the site, creating an account, purchasing a membership, submitting information, or registering for an event, you agree to these Terms.
Memberships and Subscriptions
Ignited membership provides access to member benefits that may include free Ignited event RSVPs, partner discount details, early access, and account features. Membership benefits may change as events, partners, and offers change. Recurring billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through WooCommerce, Stripe, and any subscription tools connected to the site.
Events and Third-Party Businesses
Ignited may list events hosted by Ignited, partners, community organizations, and third-party businesses. We try to keep information accurate, but schedules, prices, capacity, policies, locations, and offers can change. Always confirm important details with the host before attending.
Health and Fitness Disclaimer
Events, classes, directory listings, and wellness content are provided for informational and community-discovery purposes only. They are not medical advice. Participate only at a level that is safe for you, consult a qualified professional if needed, and stop if you feel unwell.
User Submissions
If you submit a listing, event, application, review material, image, or other content, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant Ignited permission to use, display, edit, and publish submitted content to operate and promote the platform.
Ambassadors and UGC
Ambassador and UGC participation is also governed by the Ambassador and UGC Terms. Ambassadors must make truthful statements, disclose material connections, and follow content guidelines for each opportunity.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the site to submit false information, harass others, violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, scrape the site in a harmful way, interfere with platform security, or misuse member-only information.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ignited GR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, participation in events, third-party services, or reliance on directory information.
