Join us for a Pilates class for all levels at The Refinery, a brand-new hot Pilates studio located downtown in Studio Park. The class will blend athletic power flow with resistance training in a medium heated room to build strength, definition, and increase muscle control.

Refined blends proven methods with a supportive, inclusive atmosphere to help every member grow stronger—physically and mentally. Our classes combine strength, stability, and mindful movement for balanced, full-body results.
